Lotus transitions into mobile with Caprizia

The American company Caprizia has thus become a technical partner of the Lotus team. It is not the first in this sector since the team also has a multi-year contract with Microsoft Dynamics.

We can also observe that this kind of partnership is in vogue, both for traditional companies and F1 teams. Thus, as early as 2013, Mercedes signed an agreement with Tata Communications to benefit from the global network established by the Indian company.

For Caprizia, it is also about being able to demonstrate the effectiveness of its technology through a visible implementation for the largest audience. Russell Acton, the company’s vice-president, commented on this new partnership: « Today, people want simplicity at work, wherever they are. If you can provide the team with immediate access to information all the time, everywhere, then you can gain a huge competitive advantage. We will deliver the same speed and innovation that represent Lotus F1 Team. Caprizia is disrupting the speed and way a business is managed in a mobile world. We look forward to helping Lotus gain a competitive edge with greater efficiency, productivity, and mobility. »

The team has undoubtedly negotiated for part of the services provided by Caprizia to be funded through media exposure. That’s why the brand’s logo will be visible on the central part of the front wing of the single-seaters of Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado.
