Sunday: Perfect score for Red Bull
Red Bull signs a new double win. This time, it doesn't suffer any controversy as Sebastian Vettel managed to make the most of his strategy, despite a very poor start. So, there are four races left for Mark Webber to claim his last victory before leaving F1.
Sebastian Vettel – 1st:
« A very satisfying victory today: it’s a great feeling. I love this track and it’s just fantastic to win here. To be honest, I had a horrible start. We found ourselves in third position trying to extend the first stint. I had good traction after passing Romain. After that, Mark was the only threat but he got stuck behind Romain. We could then manage the gap until the end of the race. The championship is obviously the main goal but the season is still very long and the best way to win it is not to think about it. I’m delighted to go home for a bit now to relax before heading to India. It’s an impressive country and I can’t wait to race there in two weeks. »
Mark Webber – 2nd
« We were a bit on the defensive after Romain’s superb start. I wanted to put pressure on him for the victory. Sebastian was on a different strategy than mine, and in the end, it almost finished the same way. It’s hard to say which was the right one since we were trying to cover ourselves compared to Romain. I did my best and in the end, it’s a good result.
