The Circuit of the Americas hires the director of operations from Indianapolis

The Circuit of the Americas continues its development. It has just secured the services of a motorsports expert in the United States, as Mel Harder was the operations manager at the legendary Indianapolis circuit.

In his position, he was directly responsible for organizing legendary and world-class events, such as the Indianapolis 500, the Brickyard 400 (Nascar), and the Moto GP race. He will not be discovering F1 upon arriving in Texas since he was already in charge when it came to Indianapolis.

The Austin circuit has already managed to attract numerous categories for the 2013 season since, in addition to Formula 1, MotoGP, V8 Supercars, and Grand-AM events will also take place there.
