Hungary: Ask for the TV program!
After the German Grand Prix last week, the Formula One Circus heads this weekend to the outskirts of Budapest for the Hungarian Grand Prix. This will be the last event before the summer break: a Grand Prix not to be missed under any circumstances. Here is the TV schedule for the 2012 Hungarian GP with the broadcast times and channels in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
After three consecutive podium finishes and being the only driver to have consistently scored points this year, Fernando Alonso has taken a solid lead in the World Championship. The Spaniard, who wasn’t expected to achieve such success with a Ferrari that’s tricky to set up, proves that consistency is a key factor for success.
The Hungarian Grand Prix, which will start on Friday, will be the last effort to provide before a well-deserved summer break, as the spectacle this season has truly lived up to its promises.
For the 25th Hungarian Grand Prix of F1, TF1 will broadcast the race in full starting at 1:55 PM. The “F1 à la Une” team will present the 2012 Hungarian Grand Prix a few minutes earlier with a magazine and interviews on the starting grid.
Eurosport, a paid channel available on cable, the web, and as an option on ISP television packages, will broadcast the free practices and qualifications live and in full. TF1, on the other hand, will offer a shortened replay on Saturday night to Sunday.
Note: the editorial team will offer, as usual, a live commentary of the qualifications on Saturday starting at 1:45 PM to follow the evolution of the hierarchy live and in total conviviality. You will also be able to ask your questions live to the editorial team.
