Canada: Check the TV schedule!
This weekend will be the Canadian Grand Prix, the 7th race of the 2012 season, and despite the favorable time difference (sessions in the late afternoon), it will be very difficult for most Formula 1 fans to watch the Grand Prix and especially the race on television. casinoenlignefrance.eu.com details the TV schedule and timings of this 2012 Canadian Grand Prix for you.
Due to the start of the Euro 2012 football tournament and the time difference, it will be very difficult for most of us to follow the Canadian Grand Prix. In Belgium, the channel La Une will broadcast the race live, but it’s one of the few free and French-speaking channels. Indeed, the race will take place at 8 PM, a time when most national channels broadcast their news program.
TF1 is no exception and has decided, as it has for the past two years, not to broadcast the race at the Gilles Villeneuve circuit, especially since the evening will be dedicated to the legislative elections. In France, Eurosport will therefore be the only TV channel to broadcast the Grand Prix of Canada 2012. Indeed, due to the time difference, the race will take place during TF1’s 8 PM news on Sunday. Eurosport will therefore fully handle the Canadian weekend.
Christophe Malbranque, Jacques Laffite, and Jean-Louis Moncet will be in the commentary box.
To compensate for the lack of TF1 and to give F1 fans who do not have pay channels the opportunity to follow the Grand Prix, the editorial team of casinoenlignefrance.eu.com will organize an exceptional live commentary as they did last year.
The qualifications will take place from 7 p.m. on Saturday, just like all the qualifying sessions since the start of the 2012 season. But the editorial team will also offer you live commentary of the race on Sunday evening.
Reminder:
For those who wish, Eurosport offers Internet subscriptions with Grand Prix broadcasting for €3.90/month. The commitment is necessarily for one year, but you will be able to enjoy broadcasts of free practice sessions and qualifications.

The Canadian GP on the Radio
You can also follow the 2012 Canadian Grand Prix if you don’t have a television or if you are on the move – by listening to it on the radio. The frequencies naturally depend on your place of residence, and several stations will broadcast the Grand Prix live. The times are therefore identical to those presented in the Live or on the program above. RMC will broadcast the race and the qualifying sessions with the show Intégrale F1, commented by Patrick Tambay and Jean-Luc Roy. RTL will also broadcast the race.
However, please note that most of the radios mentioned above will prioritize their news broadcasts. Therefore, the Grand Prix broadcast on the airwaves will be more significant from 8:30 PM, except in the case of a special first round of legislative elections evening.
