The Renault R30 unveiled on January 31, 2010

The French team Renault F1 announced via press release the launch date of its new 2010 car. The R30 will be presented on January 31 at the Valencia circuit in Spain.

A month ago, the 13 Formula 1 teams had almost managed to agree on a joint presentation of their cars. After unresolved issues emerged within a few weeks, the different teams finally opted for the traditional separate presentation.

Several teams will therefore present their new Formula 1 car during the first winter tests. This is the case for Renault, but also for BMW Sauber and Campos Meta.

Renault will launch the R30 in front of journalists on the evening of January 31, one hour after the launch of the F1.10 (Sauber). Campos, for its part, will schedule its presentation the following day.

The launch program of the R30:

Sunday, January 31 – 16:30: Photocall in front of the Renault F1 Team garage – Unveiling of the R30 with the official drivers and Eric Boullier.

Sunday, January 31 – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Intervention by Gérard Lopez, Chairman of Genii Capital and interviews by language group with the drivers and Eric Boullier. Technical briefing with Bob Bell, James Allison, and Rob White

A recap of the launch dates will soon be posted on the site.
