The official version of N. Technology’s lawsuit against the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) will be made public during the week. N. Technology filed a lawsuit against the FIA in mid-year, believing there were irregularities in the team selection process for the 2010 season.
The case was heard in Paris last month and even though we informed you as recently as yesterday that the team’s claims were rejected, the official verdict will be published a little later this week.
The Italian team hoped to secure one of the available slots in Formula 1 for next year, but the FIA selected Campos Meta, USF1, and Manor F1 Grand Prix. N. Technology withdrew its application after denouncing a highly questionable process by the FIA.
