Felipe Massa sent a letter of thanks and appreciation to the doctors who attended to him immediately after his accident. The Brazilian was admitted to the AEK military hospital in Budapest in intensive care on July 25th. He is now in Brazil at home for the end of his recovery.
Stefano Domenicali, Ferrari team principal, visited Massa in Sao Paulo and is pleased to announce that the driver is getting back to his routine. His recovery continues after suffering a skull fracture. Doctors in Hungary saved the Brazilian by getting him out of danger. Massa almost lost sight in his left eye. He sent a letter to the hospital by email.

The holder of commercial rights in F1, Bernie Ecclestone, also praised this super hospital, stating that if I have an accident, I want to be admitted to AEK.
