Michael Schumacher claims that he has already lost three kilos as part of his preparation for his return to competition at the European Formula 1 Grand Prix.
However, the seven-time champion admitted that he needs more preparation for his neck, which is subjected to great forces in a single-seater.
« I am currently halfway through my preparation for the next race, » wrote Schumacher on his website. « I have already lost three kilos and it is also important for me to rebuild my muscles. So, overall, the preparation is going very well. I have to admit that my neck is a bit stiff. »
« For sure! I agreed to take up the challenge. And as you all know, I really love challenges. It seems my fans love them too. »
