Alonso soon in Oviedo for a Renault Roadshow

As part of its Roadshow program, ING Renault F1 Team is pleased to announce a new date in its 2009 calendar. It will take place in the north of Spain, in Oviedo, the hometown of Fernando Alonso, on Saturday, September 5, one week before the Italian Grand Prix.

Fernando Alonso will be behind the wheel of the team’s 2008 single-seater, the R28, for an exceptional demonstration on a 1.8km track right in the heart of Oviedo. The Plaza de América and Calle del Conde de Toreno, one of the main thoroughfares of the city, will be part of this superb temporary circuit.

More than 100,000 people are expected in Oviedo on September 5th to attend this Roadshow, which will offer an incredible show.
