The son of the FIA president, Max Mosley, named Alexander, was found unconscious at his London home.
Economist Alexandre Mosley, aged 39, was found dead by a relative at his home in Notting Hill yesterday afternoon. He has not yet been formally identified.
According to a statement from Scotland Yard: « We were called at 4:20 PM on Tuesday for a man found dead in a house. »
« He was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was approaching forty.
« We believe we know the identity of the deceased. The Coroner’s office has been informed. »
The FIA expressed its sympathy for the Mosley family.
« The FIA extends its sincere condolences to the Mosley family on the sad news of the death of Alexander Mosley, » said the governing body in a statement.
« Our thoughts are with Alexandre’s family and friends, and we ask that the media respect the privacy of the Mosley family during these difficult times.
