The first roar of the Mercedes engine integrated into the McLaren MCL37 chassis was heard in Woking this week. Yesterday, indeed, in a short video, the papaya team showed the start-up of the hybrid power unit.
For the occasion, in addition to the engineers and technical managers, the team director Zak Brown was present, as well as Oscar Piastri, the team’s second driver. The images do not show the presence of Lando Norris.
The MCL37 will be presented on a live show from Woking and on YouTube live on February 13th.
