McLaren will unveil its F1 2023 on the same day as Aston Martin
McLaren will present its surprise MP4 on the same day as Aston Martin. The new McLaren single-seater will be unveiled on February 13th, live from the factory during the day. This will allow the media to then attend Aston Martin's presentation.
The 2023 season will be McLaren’s 60th in Formula 1. With great aspirations, the English team first informs us about the unveiling date of their new race car: it will be on February 13th, 2023, at the McLaren Technology Center, the headquarters of McLaren.
For the occasion, McLaren had teased this afternoon on their social networks with photos hiding an interesting message:

Indeed, the launch date was presented on a carefully placed post-it note in one of the posted photos.
The team, however, released a statement in order to attract a larger audience to its presentation. Indeed, the chosen date coincides with the launch date of the Aston Martin AMR23. The two teams are located close to each other.
Aston Martin is located in Silverstone while McLaren is in Woking, which is about a 1 hour and 40 minute drive by car.
Aston Martin, which will unveil its race car in the evening at 7 pm local time, hopes to have the same media presence as McLaren a few hours earlier. However, the exact time has not yet been revealed by McLaren.
