Esteban Ocon presents his special GP de France helmet, imagined by a fan
Esteban Ocon had asked his fans to send him a helmet design for the French Grand Prix. The French driver announced his selection this afternoon. It is a helmet created by a child.
A few weeks ago, Ocon posted an empty helmet template on your Twitter and Instagram accounts to envision the helmet he will wear for the French Grand Prix.
This Wednesday, Ocon unveiled the completed helmet and the winner of the contest. William, a fan of Alpine who is a child. The helmet features blue, white, and red triangle shapes, as well as trees and the coat of arms of the city of Evreux, where Esteban Ocon was born.
« The colors red, white, and blue are for the French flag and Alpine. I love the flag of Evreux, the city where I was born, even if it’s complicated to draw. I hope you like it! »
Thank you Williams for designing my helmet for my home Grand Prix. I love it and I can’t wait to wear it, Ocon explained on his social media.
