This year, like the previous ones, Alfa Romeo has decided to drive with a special livery during the Barcelona tests and then officially present its race car.
Driving with a camouflage livery of gray and white during testing in Barcelona and earlier in the season at Fiorano, it was truly more challenging for observers to discern the actual shape of the race car in order to preserve some of the 2022 secrets.
Here is this partly remedied thanks to the images just unveiled by Alfa Romeo of the livery they will use this year!
The red and white are still an integral part of the car, which aims to be more refined in terms of style with a more pronounced red and white separation than last year.
The livery of the F1 2022 was imagined and designed at the Alfa Romeo design center in Rome.
This season, Valtteri Bottas from Mercedes has joined the team – still based in Hinwil, Switzerland at Sauber’s headquarters – alongside Guanyu Zhou, who was promoted from F2. Robert Kubica is still the reserve driver.
Today the team is shooting at the Barcelona circuit.
