The British driver has just signed an ambassador contract with Aston Martin F1. She will therefore represent the F1 team at F3 W-Series events in which she is participating this season, following a first edition in 2019.
Jessica Hawkins finished 11th in the 2019 ranking and will be racing this season starting on June 19 at Le Castellet for the first round of the W-Series season in parallel with the F1 Grand Prix moved up by one week.
The 26-year-old driver was delighted with this signature, even though the interest is more marketing-related than performance-related: “I am terribly happy to join the Aston Martin team and to work with Lance Stroll and Sebastian Vettel, Nico Hülkenberg, and the rest of the team. It will undoubtedly require a lot of work, but I am not afraid of this workload!”

Note that the circuit is not the only performance of Hawkins who notably participated in the filming of James Bond on a motorcycle and for the Fast and Furious Live show.
The W-Series will take place at 8 F1 Grand Prix this season. Jessica Hawkins will accompany the drivers and will also be in charge of marketing events during these weekends, but it is not specified whether she will have access to the simulators or the team facilities located in Silverstone.
