Netflix releases the trailer for its series “Drive To Survive” season 3!
The American streaming platform released the official trailer for the third season of its series dedicated to Formula 1. It recounts the events that occurred during the 2020 season and will be available in a few days.
During the 2020 season, which will remain in history notably due to its particular context during the Covid-19 pandemic, Netflix was able to bring its cameras closer to the action in the Formula 1 world for a third consecutive season.
Building on the success of its two previous installments, the documentary series produced by Box to Box Films is determined to continue its momentum by taking us behind the scenes of a season full of events and twists of all kinds.
Highlighted highlights
In this new trailer, several elements are addressed, the main one being Romain Grosjean’s accident during the Bahrain Grand Prix as well as a part of an interview he gives on the subject. In general, the focus is on the tensions and rivalries existing in the paddock described as a dysfunctional family by Guenter Steiner, team principal of the Haas F1 Team. We can see, among other things, excerpts of rather tense conversations between Sebastian Vettel and the engineers of the Scuderia Ferrari during his last season with the Italian team.
Netflix is thus building suspense before the arrival of the season scheduled for March 19th.
