Italian GP: Ask for the TV schedule!

The Rugby World Cup begins on Friday on TF1. However, no match is expected to disrupt the broadcasts of the 2011 free practice sessions on Eurosport or the race on Sunday.

You are now accustomed, on Saturdays, TF1 no longer broadcasts Formula 1 qualifications live… A summary of the qualifications, lasting a few minutes, will be offered shortly before 8:00 PM. However, you can follow the qualifications live on Eurosport. The free channel TF1 will offer a fast-paced replay of the qualifying sessions late at night, around 1:50 AM.

To increase your chances of following the Italian Grand Prix qualifications, a live commentary will be available directly on the site, as it has been for every qualification this 2011 season. The qualifications and the Grand Prix will take place at 2 PM, as with all other European Grand Prix.

Marion Jollès and Denis Brognard will present the Grand Prix on the starting grid while Jean-Louis Moncet, Jacques Laffite, and Christophe Malbranque will be in the booth to comment on the practice sessions, the qualifications, and the race.

The Italian GP on the Radio

You can also follow the Grand Prix if you don’t have a television by listening to it on the radio. The frequencies naturally depend on your place of residence and several stations will broadcast the Grand Prix live. The timings are therefore the same as those presented in the Live. RTL and RMC will broadcast the race while Europe 1 will broadcast both the race and the qualifications live.
