Abu Dhabi GP: Check the TV Schedule!
Last year, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix saw Sebastian Vettel's crowning, his first. This 2011 season, the young German has already confirmed his second world title, but there will be many other reasons to follow the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend.
The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is the penultimate race of the 2011 Formula 1 season. The suspense remains as to who will be the vice-world champion, although Button seems to have a clear path on this track for the past few races.
The interest will therefore always be there for Formula 1 fans, especially since Abu Dhabi has created a unique universe around Formula 1. As the most populous state of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi features a nighttime race that already enjoys great popularity among celebrities for its glamour and its unique, paradisiacal setting.
Present on the F1 calendar since only 2009, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix quickly became essential for glitz and glamour, just like Monaco. With the time difference, and also the fact that the sessions take place at night, the Grand Prix will be at European hours in Europe.
The TF1 team will be complete: Denis Brogniart will be on site with Marion Jollès, while Christophe Malbranque, Jean-Louis Moncet, and Jacques Laffitte will be in the commentators’ booth.
Note that all sessions will be broadcast. Free practice and qualifying on Eurosport and the race on TF1. For Switzerland and Belgium, TSR1, TSR2, La Une, and La Deux will share the television broadcasts.
