United Kingdom: Check the TV schedule!

Great Britain is, for many observers, the country that appreciates Formula 1 the most. And this weekend, it's their turn to host the Formula One Circus. The 9th round of the season will take place at Silverstone, a circuit renovated last year, and it will be a "home" race for many teams. Tune in from 11 am on Eurosport on Friday to follow Free Practice 1.

United Kingdom: Check the TV schedule!

Two weeks ago, Fernando Alonso, on his Spanish home ground, broke the series of seven different winners in the first seven races of the 2012 season by claiming victory for a second time. The Spaniard benefited from the retirements of Vettel (who was leading at the time), then Grosjean (who was becoming a threat), and also Hamilton (who was involved in a collision with Maldonado in the final laps) to take a significant lead in the World Drivers’ Championship.

At Silverstone, the conditions will be different from those in Valencia. Rain is expected to make an appearance, and temperatures should be much cooler. To not miss anything from the British Grand Prix, find the complete TV schedule with us in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Note that all sessions will be broadcast live except for FP2, which will be delayed on Eurosport.

Of course, TF1 will only broadcast the race on Sunday at 2 p.m. Eurosport will handle the broadcast of the Free Practices and Qualifications and will rebroadcast the race on Sunday evening. It should be noted that despite the one-hour time difference between England and the European continent, there will be no major change in the schedule for regular viewers. The Free Practices will start an hour later in France compared to other European Grand Prix races, but the qualifications and the race will be scheduled an hour earlier in England, allowing Europeans to watch them after the 1 p.m. TV news programs.

As usual, Christophe Malbranque, Jacques Laffite, and Jean-Louis Moncet will be in the commentators’ booth. Marion Jollès will be on the track conducting interviews.

Europe 1 will also offer the broadcast of the GP.
