This weekend, Formula 1 stops at a young circuit that has quickly earned a special place on the Formula 1 calendar, the Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore, which hosts a nighttime Formula 1 Grand Prix. The circuit is designed in the streets of Singapore, and the teams therefore need maximum downforce, contrary to the last race held in Monza.
Friday’s free practice sessions saw Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel leading the discussions. The German driver did it again this morning during Free Practice 3 and once again seems to be a favorite behind the wheel of his Red Bull. He will still have to watch out for the Mercedes and Lotus, and possibly even the McLarens and Ferraris.
