Chinese Grand Prix: Check the TV Schedule!
The Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai takes place this weekend after a two-week break. To ensure you don't miss the TV broadcasts of free practice sessions, qualifying, and the race, MotorsInside offers you the opportunity to find out the TV schedule in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, as well as the broadcast times for the Formula 1 sessions.
This weekend marks the fourth race of the 2014 F1 season in China, at the Shanghai circuit. The event is broadcast in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, among others.
However, not everyone is in the same boat. While Canal+ provides optimum coverage, you have to pay to follow the Grand Prix on the group’s channels. Conversely, the races and qualifying sessions are broadcast free-to-air on RTS and RTBF, but the coverage does not include the broadcasting of free practice sessions.
The time difference with Shanghai is six hours. Since the Grand Prix takes place during normal daytime hours, you will need to be in front of your screens from 4 AM to watch the practice sessions, from 8 AM for the qualifying sessions, and from 9 AM to watch the race live on Sunday.
You can follow the result of the 2014 Chinese Grand Prix from 08:45 am on Sunday with us.
Indeed, just like last year, the editorial team of casinoenlignefrance.eu.com is making an effort to offer you live commentary during the Grand Prix qualifying, but also during the race.
Note that Canal+ will offer the fourth episode of OnBoard, its free-to-air program on Canal+ Sport, like every Wednesday after the race, to broadcast a condensed version of the Grand Prix without commentary, composed only of onboard cameras and a selection of radio communications.

The 2014 Chinese GP on the Radio
You can also follow the 2014 Chinese Grand Prix – which will take place on the Shanghai circuit, in the middle of the desert – if you don’t have a TV, don’t want to subscribe to Canal+, or are on the move – by listening to it on the radio. The frequencies naturally depend on where you live, and several radio stations will be broadcasting live commentary on the Grand Prix. The times are therefore identical to those presented in the Live. RMC will notably broadcast the qualifications and the race live, thanks to the presence of Jean-Luc Roy, Antoine Arlot, and Patrick Tambay.
