Canadian Grand Prix: Check the TV Schedule!
The Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal takes place this weekend after a two-week break in the 2014 F1 season. To ensure you don't miss the TV broadcasts of free practice, qualifying, and the race, MotorsInside offers you the opportunity to discover the TV schedule in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, as well as the broadcast times for the sessions of this 904th Formula 1 Grand Prix.
This weekend marks the seventh race of the 2014 F1 season in Canada, on the famous Gilles Villeneuve circuit, named after the Canadian driver who died in 1982 in Belgium. It is the first American event of the season but it is also an urban track, with few overtaking opportunities and the need for a lot of torque.
The event is broadcast in France, Belgium, and Switzerland, among others. However, not everyone is in the same boat. While Canal+ provides optimal coverage, you have to pay to follow the Grand Prix on the group’s channels. Conversely, the races and qualifications are broadcast free-to-air on RTS and RTBF, but the coverage does not include the live practice sessions.
The time difference with Canada is 6 hours. The sessions will therefore be 6 hours later than during the European GPs. You will have to wait until 8 p.m. to see the start of the GP. You can follow the result of the 2014 Canadian Grand Prix from 7:45 p.m. on Sunday with us.
Indeed, as last year, the editorial team of casinoenlignefrance.eu.com is mobilizing to offer you a live commentary during the Canadian Grand Prix qualifications, but also during the race.
Note that Canal+ will offer a new episode of On Board on Canal+ Sport, as it does every Wednesday after a race, in order to broadcast the condensed version of the Grand Prix without commentary, composed solely of onboard cameras and a selection of radio communications.

The Canadian GP 2014 on the Radio
You can also follow the 2014 Canadian Grand Prix – which will take place on the Barcelona circuit – if you don’t have a television, don’t want to subscribe to Canal+, or are on the go – by listening to it on the radio. The frequencies naturally depend on your location and several radio stations will comment on the Grand Prix live. The times are therefore identical to those presented in the Live. RMC will notably broadcast the qualifications and the race live thanks to the presence of Jean-Luc Roy, Antoine Arlot, and Patrick Tambay.
