NetApp continues alongside Sauber
After three years of partnership, NetApp and Sauber have decided to continue the venture. The Swiss team is thus securing an important long-term collaboration with a major company in its field of activity.
The relationship between Sauber and the company NetApp is already long-standing since, from 2007 to 2012, the American company was already a simple supplier. It was in 2012 that the ties between the two organizations were strengthened when NetApp obtained the status of Official Partner.
They have also strengthened their technical cooperation as NetApp now provides a more extensive data storage infrastructure compared to previous seasons. Monisha Kaltenborn, the team’s director, expressed her satisfaction with this improvement, directly applicable in the development of the team’s single-seater: « Since the beginning of our partnership, we have greatly benefited from the data storage and management systems. The quality and quantity of our new system have doubled our storage capacity and tripled our data access performance. »
