Bahrain Grand Prix live coverage
Motors Inside brings you live commentary on the Bahrain Grand Prix from 4:45pm (French time).
Third stage of the calendar, Bahrain has many peculiarities, starting with its often sandy track. But above all, it is the first race held at night. The conditions are therefore radically different from the sessions held during the day, where the heat is much more intense than in the evening.
The battle is expected to be very close again between Sebastian Vettel’s Ferrari and Lewis Hamilton’s Mercedes. But it was Valtteri Bottas who managed to secure his first pole position during yesterday’s qualifying session.
The qualifying sessions showed an improved form from the Red Bull cars, which could be more capable of threatening the top two forces on the grid.
Similarly, Nico Hülkenberg secured an encouraging 6th place during this night session, which could bode well for the qualifying, following the 7th place achieved last week on the Shanghai circuit. The battle promises to be once again tight between Renault, Williams, Toro Rosso, and Haas, with Sahara Force India lurking.
All the stakes of this qualification will therefore be followed live on casinoenlignefrance.eu.com.
