Japan – Qualifying: Vettel and Leclerc dominate the Japanese wind

After qualifications conducted in strong winds, Vettel puts his Ferrari on top of the timesheets ahead of his teammate and Valtteri Bottas. Disappointment for Renault after seeing Ricciardo caught out by the red flags in Q1 and Hülkenberg out due to a technical problem in Q2.
