5:20 PM: The safety car turns off its lights and returns to the pits. It’s time for the Grand Prix, for a maximum of 40 minutes. The backmarkers have regained their lap back. Most drivers are using hard or medium tires.

17:05: the tecpro barriers are being reinstalled. The race should resume at 17:15 with a rolling start. Not a standing start. This will be the first of the season.

16:57: Haas driver Mick Schumacher lost control of his single-seater and violently collided with the Tecpro barriers, causing his car to split in two. After a safety car period, the race director decided to stop the race. Red flag.
