The FIA has just announced the change of the exhaust exit for several single-seaters this Saturday morning in preparation for the remainder of the Grand Prix. These changes are allowed by the regulations and the drivers have a quota of 8 exhausts available throughout the season.
Carlos Sainz Jr.’s Ferrari has been fitted with a new exhaust, the 7th one since the beginning of the season. This is also the case for Zhou and Bottas’ Alfa Romeo cars, as well as Kevin Magnussen’s Haas.
Earlier in the weekend, the two AlphaTauri drivers (Tsunoda and Gasly) had already tested a new exhaust.
