The Alpine F1 started its Renault engine (Video)

Alpine has shared a video of the Renault engine integrated into the Alpine A523. In this video, the engine is integrated on the test bench. The Formula 1 engine is not only equipped with a combustion engine. It also includes the entire electrical system for recovering kinetic and heat energy. It must also incorporate the turbocharger and the batteries.

The car’s cockpit is then attached to the powertrain using bolts. The engine part, once started, is already a big chunk of the Formula 1, thus well advanced in the assembly. In the case of Alpine, the engine is already integrated with the engine hood and the air intakes to simulate its proper functioning.

And you, are you impatient?
