Carlos Sainz presents his special helmet for his home Grand Prix
Like last year, Carlos Sainz will have the privilege of wearing a special helmet for his home Grand Prix.
For the return to Spain with a revised circuit, Carlos Sainz didn’t really innovate for his special helmet as it is very similar to last year’s. After a special helmet for Charles in Monaco, it’s now the other Ferrari driver’s turn to race at home.
We always find a very dominant red and the number 55 of the Spanish driver on the sides.
With the red, yellow is the secondary color of the helmet, a tribute to the Spanish flag.
Furthermore, we find Sainz’s usual design, with a red chili pepper on top of the helmet, right above the Riva inscription.
Hopefully for him, this helmet will allow him to make amends after a race filled with small mistakes in Monaco.
