This week again Jenson Button maintains his position as the most consistent driver with 64 points while all drivers are now in the standings, meaning they have at least finished one race.

In second place and this time on his own, we find Rubens Barrichello followed by Timo Glock (-1 place) and Marc Webber (+5 places) with 58, 55, and 48 points respectively.

Behind, the battle rages on for the gain of 5th place with Nick Heidfeld at 45 points, followed by Fernando Alonso (-1 place) and Lewis Hamilton (+4 places) at 44.

Another group fighting for 8th place includes Nico Rosberg (-2 places) followed by Sébastien Bourdais (-1 place) and Jarno Trulli, who scored no points in China due to his retirement. He drops to 9th place. Sebastien Buemi (-1 place) now has 31 points in 11th position.

Kimi Räikkönen (+5 places) is 12th tied in points with Sebastian Vettel, a new entrant ahead of Giancarlo Fisichella. Heikki Kovalainen and Nelson Piquet are separated by just one point, while Adrian Sutil and Felipe Massa are tied in 17th position. Kazuki Nakajima and then Robert Kubica close the ranks.
