The Italian team N. Technology has withdrawn its entry application for the 2010 Formula 1 championship.
N. Technology was one of the many teams on the FIA’s reserve list. In fact, it was not included in the first list published a week ago by the governing body.
However, the team decided to inform the Formula 1 authorities of its decision to withdraw its application because circumstances have changed. The team no longer wishes to be involved in a sport without major manufacturers.
This decision comes after the announcement by the Formula One Teams Association (FOTA) to create a parallel championship following disagreements with the FIA. As a reminder, no compromise was found.
N. Technology is the second team after Lola to withdraw its entry this week.
