Ari Vatanen announced the full list of his cabinet members in the race for the FIA presidency. The former world rally champion revealed that Spaniard Fernando Falco y Fernandez de Cordova would be his candidate for the presidency of the FIA Senate. Bernard Tay from Singapore was appointed Vice President of Mobility, while German Hermann Tomczyk was proposed as Vice President for Motorsport.
Speaking of the support of his three candidates, Vatanen stated: « These cabinet members all have long experience within the FIA in their respective countries. Together, we can make the necessary changes to create a more transparent, more efficient FIA by increasing the benefits for its members. Now is the time for change and together we can achieve this goal. »
Falco y Fernandez de Cordova represented Spain at the FIA and the AIT (International Tourism Alliance).
