Massa flies to the USA for extensive tests

Ferrari announced that Felipe Massa will travel to Miami in the United States this Friday to be examined by Dr. Steve Olvey, a specialist who closely monitors racing drivers. According to a report posted on the Italian team’s website, Massa, who watched the European Grand Prix from his home in Sao Paulo, considers the reaction and kind words from his compatriot and friend, Rubens Barrichello, to be wonderful.

« Of course, I thank him for everything he did and said about me throughout the entire weekend, » said the 28-year-old driver. « In fact, I felt very moved when I saw on his helmet, a special design intended for me. »
