The future of the planet is international. It knows no borders and concerns us all. The future of the planet will be decided on December 2nd in Copenhagen during a global summit on the environment. The future, we must decide it together, which is why casinoenlignefrance.eu.com is partnering with the association « Tck Tck Tck » of Kofi Annan so that together we can decide on the world we want to live in.
The Tck Tck Tck association, meant to represent the ticking of a watch and the passing of time, aims to raise awareness of global climate change. After some efforts by major nations in recent years with the Kyoto Protocol, signed by most in 1998, time has passed and extreme measures will need to be taken in the future if nothing is done today. On December 2nd, the Copenhagen summit will bring together the United Nations Council. The goal will be to sign the new protocol dictating the measures to be taken for and in favor of the environment.
For the occasion and at the initiative of Kofi Annan, 60 artists gathered to sing together *‘Beds are Burning’*, a cover of the Australian band *Midnight Oil*. Many well-known figures are present, such as Lily Allen and Fergie. There are also many French representatives, including the iconic Yannick Noah, as well as Guillaume Canet, Vincent Perez, and Marion Cotillard.
The more the global population is aware of the dangers of climate change, the more the world’s major leaders will take appropriate measures.
