The photos from the second day of the 2009 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix are available in the “Multimedia” section, “Photos.” The United Arab Emirates complex was a monumental project that was completed less than two weeks ago. The circuit represents the future of F1, and the opinions of those present are extremely favorable towards the facilities. Form your own opinion with this second photo album of the Yas Marina Circuit.
Photos are undoubtedly the best way to closely study the details of a Formula 1 car and understand the aerodynamic innovations implemented by engineers. There’s no need to be an expert to judge a new wing.
During the last race of the season, the photos will not be focused on the aerodynamics of the F1 cars nor even their sponsors; indeed, one can see them flourishing on the Brawn GP or even on the Renaults that are regaining their colors… The photos will be focused on the aesthetic aspect of the circuit. An architectural masterpiece for what is the most modern complex in Formula 1.
The sunset that contributes to the atmosphere of the second day’s qualifications makes the photos even more beautiful. Today’s photos are still about Free Practice 3 and the Qualifications.
