Come meet Pierre Van Vliet from F1i Magazine

The production company Maxa Exclusive Services, in partnership with F1i Magazine, is honored to invite you to a meeting with Pierre Van Vliet, the editor-in-chief of this publication.

This meeting will focus on a discussion around the theme of the 2010 Formula 1 season, and more specifically the German Grand Prix, which will have taken place the day before.

A computer connected to two professional microphones and a webcam will allow the meeting to be recorded, in order to produce a program intended for FM, DAB, and Internet platforms, called “F1 Tekno.” You will need to give permission to the organizer, namely Maxa Exclusive Services, to commercially use your contributions.

The idea is to give each viewer a sense of familiarity with the concept. To do this, we have implemented several original solutions:

– Mettre le public, symbolisé par 10 personnes représentatives de la population française, au centre du projet, afin de récolter des points de vue originaux et variés.

– Enregistrer dans un cadre naturel: soit un jardin public si la météo est agréable, soit directement dans le domicile d’un invité si la météo est désagréable.

– Ni sélection ni consignes. Les 10 invités seront tirés au sort parmi les volontaires. Il n’y aura aucune obligation d’âge ou de tenue vestimentaire. Vous pouvez avoir un comportement de singe ou d’intello, cela ne modifiera en rien vos probabilités d’être sélectionné pour participer.

– Ni briefing ni montage. Les invités ne seront mis en contact que quelques minutes avant l’enregistrement pour plus de naturel. Après l’émission, vous aurez la garantie contractuelle qu’aucun montage ne viendra modifier le sens de vos interventions. Au delà de ça, il n’y aura aucun montage du tout. A l’issue de l’enregistrement, vous pourrez continuer la rencontre en off autour d’un repas en présence des célébrités* si vous le souhaitez.

– La présence de célébrités*. Il pourra y avoir des célébrités parmi les invités. Les célébrités pourront apprendre à connaitre leur public. Les invités pourront rencontrer des célébrités. Quand aux spectateurs, ils pourront bénéficier d’une discussion mélangeant opinions de particuliers et de professionnels.

– La garantie d’une rencontre sérieuse avec la présence du très expérimenté Pierre Van Vliet en guise de maître de cérémonie, afin de recadrer tous les débordements inopportuns, ainsi que la présence d’une webcam et le caractère collectif de la rencontre qui contribueront à freiner les comportements illégaux.

The meeting on Monday, July 26, 2010, will take place in Paris. Train travel and lunch will be reimbursed upon request. The round trip will be completed on the same day.
