Kubica is better and will undergo surgery again on Thursday

The general condition of Robert Kubica has improved further today. According to the doctors, the levels of inflammation are within the norm, given his situation, and the recovery of his forearm is on the right track.

Robert Kubica was able to speak with his doctors and loved ones yesterday. The treatment he is receiving makes him sleep a lot, but he responds to external stimuli. He reacted well to the explanation of his condition and says he is ready to fight to come back.

The Pole is scheduled for another surgery on Thursday to address fractures in his right shoulder and foot. Three or four days later, another operation will aim to treat his elbow fracture as well.

He will stay at the Santa Corona Hospital for two to three weeks. After that, a decision must be made regarding where he will continue his recovery and rehabilitation.
