The day was not exceptional for Charles Pic and Timo Glock, the two drivers of the Marussia team. Glock suffered from significant tire degradation and therefore believes that there is still much work to be done to improve the MR01 for qualifying and the race.

Vettel has reverted to the same exhaust version as his teammate and is doing quite well with a second and a third fastest time during the two sessions of the day.
