After the American team of Gene Haas, MotorsInside continues its reviews and focuses on the case of Toro Rosso. After a lukewarm 2016 season, Toro Rosso did not reverse the trend this season and clung to the only sparks from Carlos Sainz before he was transferred to Renault.
